The complainant has filed the present complaint, inter alia, alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 2.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.30656/2024 (LA-RES). 2. The operative part of the said order reads as under: 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the factual aspects on record, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.6-Corporation is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the communication made by the respondents 4 and 3 in their letters dated 19th August, 2024 (Annexure-H) and 02nd September, 2024 (Annexure-J) respectively, within an outer limit of three months from the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40964-DB CCC No. 439 of 2025 date of receipt of this order.
