The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 351(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a) and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, pending in the Court of Md. Safdar Ali Naiyar, Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. 3. On 26.01.2025, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons had opened blank fire near Chhota Hotel Mugma Fatak, Nirsa. The petitioner was apprehended by local persons and they were handed over to the police. 4. It was submitted that no injury was caused to any person. It was further submitted that no case under Section 25 (1-B) (a) of the Arms Act will be made out and the case under Section 37 of the Arms Act will be made out which is bailable in nature. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md. Safdar Ali Naiyar, Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, Jharkhand in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
