1. Since the main matter was dismissed for non-removal of o昀昀ice objections, and the present application is 昀椀led for restoration of the same, no notice is required to be issued to the private respondent. Hence, the matter is taken up for 昀椀nal disposal today itself.
2. By way of the present application, the applicant seeks restoration of Criminal Misc. Application No.7912 of 2021 which came to be dismissed for non-removal of o昀昀ice objections vide
order dated 14.8.2025 as the applicant could not remove the o昀昀ice objections within the time granted by this Court.
3. Learned advocate appearing for the applicant would submit that the applicant shall remove the o昀昀ice objections on or before 24.12.2025. Hence, the present application may be allowed.

4. I have heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and perused the memo of application. I am of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and hence, the same is allowed. Criminal Misc. Application No.7912 of 2021 is restored to its original 昀椀le. Applicant is hereby directed to remove o昀昀ice objections on or before 24.12.2025.
