Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2556 of 2025 Heard the parties The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 18(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi. On 12.01.2025, Bundu Police, on the basis of confidential information, destructed poppy cultivation which was grown on Government land. It was submitted that though the petitioner was arrested at the spot, but he was hired as labourer to work in the poppy field. It was further submitted that the petitioner in in custody since 14.01.2025. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum- Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi in connection with Bundu P.S.
