This is an application filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023, challenging the order dated 30.01.2025, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup(Metro), Guwahati in STF P.S. Case No.20/2024. 3. The allegation brought in this case relates to recovery of fake currency notes. The Investigating Officer has filed a report stating that the mobile phones, which were seized are required for severe analysis. 4. According to the Investigating Officer, if the mobile phones are given in the custody, it will cause problems in the investigation of the case. Nothing has been mentioned about the Suzuki Burgman Scooty. 5. This Court is of the opinion that under the given circumstances, keeping the Suzuki Burgman Scooty in Police custody may not be necessary for the investigation of the case. 6. Therefore, the Suzuki Burgman Scooty bearing registration No. As 01 FD 2503 shall be given back to its registered owner after examining of all necessary documents. 7. The registered owner shall have to give a bond of Rs.50,000/-. 8. The report of the Investigating Officer shall form a part of the record. 9.
