With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the main case itself is taken up on board today. Main case 1. When this Court took cognizance of the matter, which is filed by borrowers, an order was passed on 14.11.2022, directing the counsel for the petitioners to produce notices issued under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of SARFAESI Act. 2. CM-12571-CWP-2025 has been filed, but neither notice under Section 13(2) nor notice under Section 13(4) has been annexed thereto.
