MAIN CASE Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has produced a copy of letter / communication dated 12.05.2025 addressed to the Office of Advocate General, Haryana, written by Assistant Director Private School, Directorate of Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, which is taken on record. The aforesaid letter / communication also contains status report showing the condition of school. [2] Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5, by referring to the aforesaid status report, submits that private respondent No. 6 is not running the school though an Academy is in existence; thus, no cause survives in the present petition. [3] In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is disposed off accordingly. [4] The petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedy as per law, if feels aggrieved. [5] Rule stands discharged. [6] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
