THEHON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS CRL.R.C.No.85 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 against the judgment dated 16.12.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.77 of 2012 on the file of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nuzvid partly allowing the judgment, dated 24.04.2012 passed in C.C.No.175 of 2011 by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvuru, Krishna District, wherein the accused were convicted for the offence under Section 411 of IPC. 2. Heard Ms. P. Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State. 3. The Inspector of Police, Tiruvuru Police Station, NTR District intimated to the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioner/accused No.3 by name Kakarla Venkateswara Rao died on 25.05.2023 and the same was recorded. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
