(ORAL) Challenging the order dated 11.09.2024, vide which the petitioner has been transferred from Batala (Punjab) to Mysuru (Karnataka, alleging the same to be in violation of the Transfer Policy dated 17.03.2022, the instant writ petition has been filed. 2 During pendency of the present writ petition, an application (CM-17123-CWP-2024) for vacating the interim order dated 17.09.2024 has also been filed on behalf of the respondents-Bank. RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2025.07.18 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-23668-2024 (O&M). -2- 3 Written statement to the main writ petition as well as reply to the application for vacation of interim order have been filed. 4 Cost stands paid. 5 Today the matter was listed for final adjudication, however, after arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s), submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, with regard to his grievance, the petitioner(s) has already submitted a representation dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-13) accompanied with the medical record (Annexure P-14) and that the petitioner(s) would be satisfied at this juncture, in case the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. 6 Mr. Dhiraj Chawla, Advocate does not have any objection to the above request and submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be decided within a period of two months. 7 Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, by directing the competent authority of the respondent-Bank, to consider and decide the representation dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-13) by taking into consideration the medical record (Annexure P-14) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. The respondent-Bank shall also take a decision with respect to the joining of the petitioner and the salary for the period in question. 9 Since the main writ petition itself has been disposed of, the application (CM-17123-CWP-2024) seeking vacation of interim order dated 17.09.2024 shall also stand disposed of accordingly.
