The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 47 of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 20 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle bearing Reg. No. BR27-D- 6317 of which petitioner is registered owner. 4.
