(ORAL) The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the office order dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-9) qua the petitioner vide which the representation dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-8) submitted by the petitioner pursuant to order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by this Court in CWP No.17319 of 2025 seeking therein quashing of his transfer order has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of the order dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-9) vide which the representation dated 10.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner in pursuant to the order issued by this Court on 04.07.2025 in CWP No.17319 of 2025 was passed and further seeking a direction to respondents to reconsider the representation dated 10.07.2025 submitted by the present petitioner in true intent and spirit of Neha 2025.08.20 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-22993-2025 -2- the order dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Court. At the very outset, Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Corporation and submits that vide the direction issued by this Court on 04.07.2025, the respondent-Corporation was directed to pass an appropriate order after considering the case of the petitioner sympathetically. Further, the petitioner is transferred to Faridabad from Rewari. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and a speaking order would be passed within a period of three months. Therefore, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation is directed to consider the representation (Annexure P-8) of the petitioner and pass a speaking order, after affording him an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner. Needless to say, if the petitioner is found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by the respondent-Corporation. Disposed of, accordingly.
