This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Jeki Garh has prayed for releasing him on bail as he is facing trial in Sessions Case No. 29(S-S)/2024 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sivasagar. 3. Today, I have gone through the evidence of the victim. There are no material discrepancies in her evidence. If a person like the present petitioner is allowed to go on bail, it will be a travesty of justice. 4.
