The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 96 of 2024 arising out of Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 75 and 352 of the BNS and under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a shopkeeper who is accused of misbehaving and fingering a nine year old minor girl. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.9.2024. 5. Considering the serious allegations levelled Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1530 of 2025(4) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
