ORAL ORDER Smt. Navya Shekar, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4.
2. In this Revision Petition the petitioner is assailing the order dated 19.06.2024 in W.P.No.3409 of 2022.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
4. Sri. Amaresh A. Angadi, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, submitted that the land in question falls within the jurisdiction of the 'Bangalore City Planning Area' as per the Notification dated 09.04.1984. Therefore, the order requires reconsideration.
5. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties,

taking into consideration the dispute between the parties, which is to be concluded in RFA No. 1665 of 2014 and also it is observed that, even if the land in question comes within the purview of the 'Bangalore City Planning Area' the rights of the parties would be concluded in the above appeal. In that view of the matter, following the declaration of law by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Shri Ram Sahu (dead) through legal representatives and others vs. Vinod Kumar Rawat and others reported in 2020 SCC online SC 896, I do not find error apparent on the face of the record. Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed.
