This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant, namely, Amit Haque Basumatary, for extension of the period to appear before the learned trial Court. Mr. Uddin, submits that this Court vide order dated 28.01.2025, was pleased to direct the applicant to appear before the learned trial Court on or before 13.02.2025, and to apply for regular bail. But, the applicant is a daily wage earner and he could not manage the bond amount, which is to be deposited before that Court and as such, he could not appear before the learned trial Court within the stipulated period and therefore Mr. Hussain, contended to extend the same till 07.04.2025. Page No.# 3/3 Mr. Kaushik, learned Additional P.P. submits that he has no objection in the event of extension of the period to appear before the learned trial Court. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, the period to appear before the learned trial Court by the applicant extended up to 07.04.2025.
