Heard Sri Dwijendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. Present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 28.9.2022 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Agra Division, Agra, whereby the stay application filed by the petitioner in Revision No.1377 of 2022 (Computerized Case No.C202201000001377 (Padam Singh etc. vs. Smt. Counsel for the petitioner does not press the reliefs prayed for, however, he prays for an alternative relief by seeking a direction to the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Agra Division Agra, to conclude the proceedings of the revision within stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has contended that the order-sheet of the case indicates that although the matter has been listed on several occasions, but for some reason or the other, the same has been adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State-Respondents has no objection to the prayer made. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the court/authority concerned would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the revision, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
