The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that RCS direction has been confirmed by this Court as subject to the availability of funds Earned Leave encashment will be paid to the petitioner. However, this Court fixed a time for disbursal of Earned Leave encashment for 247 days within a period of twelve weeks. 3. Today, the Contemnor, who is present before this Court stated that no funds available with the 2nd respondent Society therefore, the time frame fixed by this Court cannot be complied with. 4. In view of the said submission, this Court finds that no contempt is made against the respondent. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
