IA For the U.O.I. : Ms. Niki Sinha, C.G.C. . ------ Order No.04 / Dated : 15.07.2025 Instant writ petition has been filed for a direction to the official liquidator- respondent no.1 to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot Nos.7221, 7222, 7223, 7224, 7225, Khata No.262 and 259, Thana No.27, Mauza Kanti, Tilaiya Dam, District Koderma purchased by the petitioner in auction sale in Company Petition No.5/1999 of Bihar State Small Industries Corporation Limited. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that pursuant to the auction sale, petitioner purchased the land and demarcation has also been effected by the Circle Officer in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No.2342 of 2023. The petitioner has paid Rs.4,55,50,000/-, but the sale deed with respect to the said property has not been executed by official liquidator. 3. It appears that after the demarcation having been made, the petitioner has not moved before the official liquidator for execution of the sale deed. 4. Under the circumstance, the petitioner may file representation before respondent no.1 for execution of sale deed and if all the formalities have been completed, the said sale deed to be executed within four weeks of the said representation.
