Heard Sri Ajai Kumar, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned AGA for State. 2. This is second bail application filed by applicant-Pappu alias Aslam alias Bhediya in Case Crime No. 66 of 2019 (Session Trial No. 887 of 2020), under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Mujariya, District Budaun. First bail application of applicant was rejected vide order dated 18.04.2024. 3. Status report dated 08.09.2025 shows that out of 19 witnesses, three have been examined and Trial Court has allowed application filed by complainant under Section 319 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 04.07.2024 and charges are framed on accused persons so summoned and PW-1 is now called for examination. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, at this stage, no case of bail is made out. However, it is observed that Trial Court concerned will take endeavor to record statements of witnesses expeditiously. 5.
