The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.56 dated 13.03.2025 registered under Sections 74 & 75 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has earlier filed petition bearing No.CRM- M-21456-2025 (titled as ‘Aman Walia Vs. State of Punjab and another’) seeking the same relief, which was withdrawn by him vide order dated 26.05.2025. The said order reads as under :- “1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition in order to avail all legally permissible pleas available to him before the learned trial Court in accordance with law. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.” 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 4.
