The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 683 of 2024 arising out of Bero P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner VII, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner VII, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
