JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 20-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 308(3), 352, 351(2), 3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., on the order of this petitioner, co- accused Ravi Shankar Rai assaulted the informant by means of sword and thereafter, this petitioner also assaulted informant with lathi. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. 4. Considering the simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89013 of 2024(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S.
