Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the Police registered a case in Crime No.37 of 2019 on the file of the Gangavaram UPS, Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 144, 148, 448, 427, 506, 379, 323 & 109 R/w 149 IPC and after due investigation, laid charge sheet on 05.08.2019 vide C.C.No.348 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palamaner. 3. Recording the submissions made by learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, at the stage of admission itself.
