Mr. D.P. Mittal, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Rakesh Negi, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. By the instant application, moved under section 528 of BNSS, the applicant is praying for the expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No. 679 of 2022, State of Uttarakhand vs. Gurman Singh and others arising out of FIR No. 59 of 2021, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Jaspur District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the other co-accused are not cooperating with the trial and got adjourned on one pretext or other. He submits that the applicant is a young person and due to pendency of the trial he is facing so many difficulties. 5. After taking into consideration that the trial is pending since 2021, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 679 of 2022 within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if the co-accused are taking unnecessary adjournment and absconding, the trial of the applicant may be separated and expedited. 6.
