The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to the respondents not to unnecessary harass the petitioners on account of the complaint bearing No.3033-DCP dated 08.10.2021 (Annexure P-2) submitted by respondent No.5 (wife of petitioner No.1). 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties vide compromise deed dated 16.07.2025. He has produced copy of the said compromise in the Court today which is taken on record. He further submits that in view of the said compromise, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
