While being so, on the instructions from the third respondent, the fourth respondent freezed the petitioner’s account. Immediately, the petitioner sent mail to the fourth respondent, for which the fourth respondent made reply 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P. Crl. No.1169 of 2025 on 30.01.2025 stating that as requested by the third respondent, the fourth respondent has frozen the petitioner’s account to withhold a sum of Rs.172986/-. 3.On perusal of the records and on also on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is known that the sum of Rs.172986/- is the salary of the petitioner and it was remitted in his account. This amount is meant for his salary. The petitioner is working as Chennai Branch Manager in M/s.MSA Shipping Private Limited. After receipt of reply from the fourth respondent, there is no further communication from the fourth respondent. 4.Further, though notice was served on the respondents 2 and 3, no one appeared before this Court either by person or through pleader. 5.In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to defreeze the petitioner’s account and permit the petitioner to operate his account.
