The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 69 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sahebganj. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the informant, who is a major lady. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. It appears that parties were in consensual physical relationship for the last four years. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sahebganj, in connection with Mirzachowki P.S.
