This petition has been filed with the prayer to command the District Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, i.e., respondent No.2 to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 9.4.2024. A further prayer is made to direct the respondents to restrain the private respondents from disturbing the petitioner's possession over her property in question. Petitioner claims to have purchased certain land and wants protection of her possession over the land. Nature of dispute raised by the petitioner can always be examined by the competent civil court at the first instance. For relief of injunction, the competent court would be the civil court and not the District Magistrate. No direction, therefore, can be issued to the District Magistrate to deal with petitioner's representation. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for necessary protection, this petition is consigned to records.
