The short grievance projected by the petitioner in the instant petition is that in terms of order passed by this Court on 18.05.2015 in SWP No. 2426/2011, filed by the petitioner herein, requiring the Dy. Commissioner, Kargil to conduct an enquiry with reference to the eligibility of the petitioner herein against the post of Anganwari Helper for Anganwari Center, Lamsoo (B) and also with reference to her non-joining within a period of two months from the date a copy of the order is served upon the Dy. Commissioner, Kargil and during the said enquiry, give the petitioner and the department an opportunity of hearing and upon conclusion of the said enquiry submit a report thereof before the Director Social Welfare, Kargil and that despite the service of the said order upon the respondents, no enquiry was conducted, compelling the petitioner to file a contempt petition bearing No. 375/2016, before this Court which contempt petition as well came to be settled by this Court on 22nd May, 2019, by observing that in the event, the petitioner has any grievance against the Director Social Welfare Department, she shall be at liberty to proceed against him in the appropriate proceedings and that despite the completion of the enquiry, the respondents did not take the follow-up action in compliance to the order pass by this Court on 18th May, 2015, despite the fact that the petitioner has submitted representations on 10.11.2022 and 16.11.2024, before the respondents, besides approaching them personally as well, thus necessitating filing of the instant petition. 2. According to Mr. G. M. Bhat, counsel for the petitioner, the respondents including the Director Social Welfare, Kargil has till date failed to carry out the orders passed by this Court on 18th May, 2015, as also to address to the representations submitted in furtherance thereof by the petitioner and that the petitioner would be satisfied in the event, the respondent-Director Social Welfare, Kargil is directed to address to the representations of the petitioner and to render a decision thereof without any further delay. 3. Ms. Bisma Ali, Advocate, appearing vice Mr. T. M. Shamsi, DSGI, present enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and is not averse to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner as also to the disposal of the instant petition. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the instant petition at this stage with the consent of appearing counsel for the parties with the direction to the respondent-Director Social Welfare, Kargil to address to the representations claimed to have been submitted by the petitioner on 10.11.2022 and 16.11.2024, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before the respondents. Ordered accordingly. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the consideration as directed above be accorded strictly in accordance with law. 6.
