Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.103 dated 02.05.2025 under Sections 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 79 of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sector-14, Panchkula. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR in the present case has been registered but there is no progress in the same. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that after investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and the same would be presented before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate within a period of two weeks. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the present petition is disposed of.
