Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this interlocutory application.

5. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 70/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar.
6. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier permitted to be withdrawn by this Court vide B.A. No. 7589/2024 by order dated
22.01.2025.

On 29.06.2024 at about 4:00 P.M., Cyber police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled near South Kali Temple, Goyathdih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, a mobile phone was recovered from possession of this petitioner.
8. It appears that a victim has turned up to claim that mobile phone which was recovered from possession of this petitioner was used in cheating him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted
that petitioner has remained in custody for about thirteen months.
10. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 70/2024.
