Ashok Dixit/Gaurav Dixit and others) in which the learned trial Court has taken Cognizance on dated 16.05.2023 and 01.07.2024, under Sections 304-A, 427 and 120-B of IPC, arising out of Case Crime No. 38 of 2023, Police Station- Rura, District Kanpur Dehat, pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat, within a short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
