The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 02.06.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections- 75(2), 308(2) B.N.S. and section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Dhanapur, District- Chandauli. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 states that he has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. In view of the above, impugned FIR is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary. Let this order be communicated to the S.S.P., Chandauli, by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
