Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent i.e. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to consider the applications of petitioner and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
