Instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by accused-petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.12/2025 registered at Police Station Bapcha, District Baran for the offences punishable under Sections 8/15, 25 and 29 of NDPS Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner argued that the contraband recovered from the conscious possession of the accused-petitioner is below commercial quantity. 3. After arguing for some time, counsel for the accused- petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application and states that the accused-petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned Court. 4.
