Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authority to conclude the fair investigation of N.C.R. No.1 of 2021, under section 323 504, 427 I.P.C., P.S. Handia, District Prayagraj. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 and 3 to comply the order dated 09.07.2021 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8 Allahabad in Misc. Application 155(2) Cr.P.C." There is nothing on record to show that the concerned Investigating Officer is not acting impartially and is not conducting a fair investigation. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of observing that in case, the petitioner has any grievance against the manner of investigation, he may file an application before the Superintendent of Police, District Prayagraj who is expected to ensure that investigation is done in accordance with law and as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
