For Petitioner(s): Mr.P.M.Jayachandran For Respondent(s): Mr.M.Selvam For R1 ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the Additional Sub Court, Dharmapuri, in I.A. No. 4 of 2025 in A.S. No. 12 of 2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3240 of 2025 2. In the aforesaid order, the application filed by the petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit, seeking for amendment of the plaint under Order VI Rule 17, CPC, has been dismissed on the ground of limitation. The trial Court has also rejected the application prayer for amendment on the ground that if the amendment is allowed, the trial Court will not have jurisdiction to entertain the suit. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents, on the last hearing date, i.e., on 22.06.2026, made a representation that the very same grounds that have been raised in this Civil Revision Petition were also raised in another Civil Revision Petition, viz., C.R.P. No. 3185 of 2025, which is connected to this Civil Revision Petition. He would submit that by order dated 17.02.2026, the said Civil Revision Petition came to be dismissed by this Court. The order dated 17.02.2026 passed in C.R.P. No. 3185 of 2025 has also been placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondents. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits before this Court that the very same grounds were raised in C.R.P. No. 3185 of 2025 by another petitioner, who is a neighbour to the petitioner's property. He would also fairly submit that by order dated 17.02.2026, the High Court has dismissed C.R.P. No. 3185 of 2025 by holding the order of the trial Court, dismissing the amendment https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3240 of 2025 application on the ground of limitation and on the ground that the trial Court lacks jurisdiction to decide the suit. 5. In view of the same, necessarily, this Civil Revision Petition has also got to be dismissed since the very same grounds have been raised by this petitioner as well. Since there is no merit in this Civil Revision Petition, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
