Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP appearing on behalf of the Respondent – State. 3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 4. Having considering the jail remarks and ground mentioned in the Application, this Court is inclined to exercise R/SCR.A/15270/2025 ORDER DATED: 20/11/2025 discretion in favour of the applicant. 5. This application is allowed. The applicant Ghanshyamsinh Ranjitsinh Gohil is ordered to be released on Parole Leave for a period from 25.11.2025 to 29.11.2025, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority, and on further conditions that the Applicant shall mark his presence daily before the concerned police station within jurisdiction the applicant is residing, till the expiry of the Parole Leave Period. 6. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
