Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the documents placed on record. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that as against the appointment of the petitioner as Muthavalli, the 4th respondent has filed a petition before the Wakf Tribunal. The Wakf Tribunal has in fact, originally, granted the stay of the order of the Wakf Board, which has been challenged before this Court in C.R.P. No.665 of 2025 Tribunal, therefore, according to the petitioner, he is entitled for police protection. 4. As the petitioner has already filed C.R.P. No.3214 of 2025, he has to work out his remedy only before the same Civil Revision Petition, since issue with regard to the appointment of Muthavalli is pending before this Court, at this stage, this Court cannot direct the police to accord protection. 5.
