C MP No.4841 of 2025 By way of this application, the applicants praying for their impleadment as petitioners in a decided Writ Petition on the ground that their interest is same as that of the petitioners therein. This Court is of the considered view that as the Writ Petition has been disposed of, this application is not maintainable. However, in case the petitioners are so advised, they can approach the Court by way of a fresh Writ Petition. At this stage, learned instructing counsel submits that the applicants may allow to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
