In re:- CAN 1 of 2025
By filing an application being CAN 1 of 2025 in connection with WPA No. 2660 of 2025, the applicants have prayed for extension of time to collect the offer letters from the opposite parties/respondents in the writ petition. In the order of this Court dated March 17, 2025 in WPA No. 2660 of 2025, the Court directed that the petitioners should collect the offer letters during March 18, 2025 to April 30, 2025. Mr. N.I. Khan learned counsel appearing for the applicants/writ petitioners have stated that due to some unavoidable reasons, the petitioners could not collect the offer letters during the period as was directed by the Court. He seeks extension of that period, for the writ petitioners to collect the offer letters. Let a copy of this application be served in Court to Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned Additional Government
2 Pleader, who has represented the State in WPA No. 2660 of 2025. Let the appointment of Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned Additional Government Pleader along with Mr. Pannalal Bandopadhyay, learned counsel be regularized in this application. Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, the Court is inclined to allow the time period from today that is, May 16, 2025 to June 16, 2025 for the applicants/writ petitioners to collect the offer letters from the office of the respondent authority upon production of original money receipts. With the directions as above, the application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
