When the writ petition came up for consideration on 18.03.2025, this Court had passed the following interim order: “On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitled to an ad-interim order. Hence, I direct the competent among the respondents to release Rs.35,87,711/- to the petitioner, on the petitioner executing a simple bond in favour of the respondents undertaking that they would indemnify the respondents in case there is any claim in respect of the money released to the petitioner. Needful shall be done within a week from today. Post on 25.03.2025.” 3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 4.
