Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher, LT Grade. He was transferred from one school to another vide order dated 26.06.2023. Challenging his transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that in the absence of any interim order after 11.07.2023, petitioner must have joined the transferred place. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has lost contact with the petitioner, therefore, she is not in a position to make any statement. 5. Transfer is an incidence of service. As a Teacher in a Government School, services of the petitioner are transferrable within the region. Thus petitioner was transferred as per condition of his service. 6. This Court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order. Writ petition fails and is dismissed. 7. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
