Case No. 113 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 115(2), 351(3), 352 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Mr. Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is 27 years old lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. From the F.I.R, it appears that the parties were in physical relationship for about seven years. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mr. Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Khelari P.S.
