Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. On perusal of the records and also on the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for either side, it is revealed that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the respondents 3 to 9 herein, alleging that they are parking their vehicles in front of the petitioner’s house and also threaten him with dire consequences. That apart, the petitioner’s daughters while were going to office, they threaten them with dire consequences. They also bursting the fire crackers in front of his house. 4. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.1345 of 2025 now the investigation is completed in Crime No.118 of 2024 and filed final report before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent for transfer of investigation. 5. In view of the above, the transfer of investigation sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on the fresh cause of action, if so advised. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed.
