The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the cognizance order order dated 28.04.2025 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Firozabad in Session Trial No.1490 of 2025 (State vs. Kamlesh Kumar and others) as well as charge sheet dated 322 of 2024, 30.12.2024, arising out of Case Crime No.325 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 132 BNS and Section 3(1) r, s SC/ST Act, Police Station Eka, District Firozabad. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellants in view of the judgment in the case Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2021 SCC Online SC 922. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellants filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the court below in view of the settled law laid by this Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (Supra). 5.
