He was transferred from one school to another vide order dated 26.06.2023. Feeling aggrieved by his transfer, he filed this writ petition in July, 2023. 3. Since no interim order was passed in favour of petitioner, therefore, State Counsel is right in submitting that petitioner must have jointed at the transferred place. After unconditional joining at the transferred place, challenge to the transfer order passed in 2023, do not survive after two years. 4. Even otherwise also, transfer is an incidence of service and petitioner holds a transferrable post. Thus, this Court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order. 5. Writ petition fails and is dismissed. 6. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
