The instant petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned undated list issued by respondent no.3 only confined to the extent of both the petitioners as well as further prayer to direct the respondent authorities to ensure that the petitioners may not be deployed for non-teaching work like revision of voter list as Booth Level Officer (BLO). At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents submits that the controversy involved in the present petition has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its judgement and order dated 11.02.2025 passed in the case of Surya Pratap Singh vs. State of U.P. and others (Writ-A No. 16401 of 2024). In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of Surya Pratap Singh's case (supra).
