(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.173 of 2023, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal. She has sought her release on bail. 2. This is the fourth bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2712 of 2023, was rejected on 08.04.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.183 of 2024, was treated as short term bail application, and was disposed on 31.07.2024. The third bail application, being BA3 No.18 of 2025, was rejected on 10.06.2025. 2 3. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
