When the writ petition came up for consideration on 09.12.2024, this Court directed the 2nd respondent to afford adequate police protection to the petitioner and its employees to enter into the properties covered by Exts.P2 and P3. The said interim order has been extended from time to time. 3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, subsequent to the interim order passed by this Court, there has been no law and order problem. Therefore, the writ petition can be closed by reserving the right of the WP(C) NO. 42848 OF 2024 3 2025:KER:26051 petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent, in case there is any threat from the part of the party respondents. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of, by permitting the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent in case there is any threat from the part of the party respondents.
